APOC 246 Premium Elastomeric White Roof Coating has excellent durability, flexibility and reflectivity and is siliconized for added water protection and adhesion. It is formulated with dirt pick-up resistance to stay brighter longer, for lasting reflectivity. Can be used on all roof slopes with positive drainage. Ideal for metal, aged mod-bit and built-up roofing, concrete and tile, aged TPO and EPDM, and over existing acrylic, asphalt emulsion and aluminum coatings. APOC 246 exceeds performance requirements of ASTM D6083, Title 24 and is CRRC rated.
