APOC 124 SBS Modified Flashing Cement is a professional grade cement that provides superior adhesion to vertical surfaces and superior bond to wet or underwater surfaces, with unique water displacement properties. It will not run or sag and is formulated for year-round use in adverse weather conditions.
APOC 124 is great for use as an emergency roof cement in harsh, wet conditions. APOC 124 is excellent for setting and repairing flashings, gutters, sills, lintels, copings, chimneys, skylights and seams. APOC 124 is also an excellent utility mastic for use below grade in heavy duty foundation waterproofing and dampproofing systems.
