As In-N-Out Burger expands into new markets, maintaining its iconic architectural identity—especially its signature clay tile roof accents—remains a top priority. For a new location and regional office in Franklin, Tennessee, the project team selected APOC® Polyset® AH-160 Roof Tile Adhesive to deliver long-term performance while preserving the brand’s recognizable design.

Working alongside FBC Roofing, the two-component adhesive system was used to secure roof tiles without the need for mechanical fasteners, reducing roof deck penetrations and minimizing the risk of leaks. The system also provides superior wind uplift resistance—critical for regions prone to high winds and severe weather—while adding a cushioning effect that helps prevent tile breakage during installation and ongoing rooftop activity.

In addition to product performance, APOC supported the project with hands-on training and technical expertise to ensure proper installation and code compliance. This combination of durability, efficiency, and support helped deliver a high-quality roofing system that aligns with In-N-Out’s commitment to consistency, reliability, and long-term value.

Benefits:

  • Consistent, recognizable branding across locations
  • Superior wind uplift resistance in extreme conditions
  • Minimal roof deck penetrations to prevent leaks
  • Reduced tile breakage during and after installation
